Welcome to RoaPilot, an AI-powered advertising analytics and ROAS optimization platform. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of RoaPilot’s mobile and desktop applications, backend API, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using RoaPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

1. Definitions

“RoaPilot” refers to the software, platform, mobile application, desktop application, and related services provided by the Company.
“User” refers to anyone who downloads, accesses, or uses the Service.
“Subscription” refers to any paid plan, including PRO and AGENCY tiers.
“Third-Party Platforms” refers to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and any other integrated ad networks.

2. Eligibility

To use RoaPilot, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have legal authority to connect advertising accounts

• Agree to comply with all relevant platform policies (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)

You are fully responsible for any activities performed through your connected accounts.

3. Description of the Service

RoaPilot provides:

• AI-powered advertising analytics

• ROAS performance insights

• Campaign, ad set, and ad-level metrics

• Predictions and recommendations generated by machine learning

• Multi-platform ad integrations

• Performance dashboards

• Automated and manual synchronization options

RoaPilot does not create, launch, or publish ads.
It analyzes and optimizes using data fetched from user-authorized ad accounts.

4. Third-Party Integrations

By connecting your advertising accounts, you authorize RoaPilot to:

• Access your ad account data

• Retrieve reporting metrics

• Generate insights and predictions

• Store analytics securely on our servers

Your use of third-party APIs remains subject to:

• Meta Platform Terms

• Google Ads API Terms

• TikTok Marketing API Terms

RoaPilot is not affiliated with Meta, Google, or TikTok.

5. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality

• Ensuring the accuracy of provided information

• Any actions performed under your credentials

You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

RoaPilot offers paid subscription tiers managed via:

• Stripe (web / desktop purchases)

• RevenueCat (mobile in-app purchases)

6.1 Billing

All subscription fees are billed upfront and are non-refundable unless required by law.

6.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

6.3 Upgrades / Downgrades

Price differences take effect immediately upon upgrade; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

6.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to:

• Apple App Store policies for iOS/macOS users

• Google Play policies for Android users

• Stripe refund rules for direct purchases

RoaPilot cannot override App Store or Google Play refunds.

7. Data Usage & Privacy

RoaPilot collects and processes:

• Account data voluntarily provided by users

• Advertising performance metrics via connected APIs

• Device and usage analytics for product improvement

RoaPilot never sells user data.

8. AI-Generated Insights

RoaPilot uses machine learning models to generate:

These outputs are informational only and do not guarantee specific financial results.

You acknowledge that advertising performance may vary depending on many external factors.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Violate API terms of Meta/Google/TikTok

• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service

• Access data you are not authorized to retrieve

• Use RoaPilot for illegal or fraudulent purposes

• Modify or tamper with system logic or API calls

Violations may result in account termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, UI/UX design, code, AI models, and branding of RoaPilot are the exclusive property of the Company.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the application.
You may not reproduce or distribute the Service without permission.

11. Service Availability

RoaPilot may temporarily suspend access due to:

• Scheduled maintenance

• Server upgrades

• API limitations from third-party platforms

• Technical issues outside our control

We are not liable for downtime caused by external providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

RoaPilot is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue

• Errors in AI predictions

• Incorrect third-party API data

• Business damages resulting from ad performance

• Server outages or integration failures

Your sole remedy is discontinuing the use of the Service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms

• You misuse API integrations

• You engage in fraudulent activities

• We are legally required to do so

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use and deleting the application.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
