If you believe that any content, data, or material within the RoaPilot platform infringes your copyright or other protected rights, you may submit a formal copyright complaint following the guidelines below.

This Copyright Complaints Policy is designed to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable international copyright laws.

1. Filing a Copyright Complaint

If you believe your copyrighted material is being used or displayed through RoaPilot without authorization, please send a written notice containing the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.

2. Specific location of the material on RoaPilot where the infringement appears
   (e.g., URLs, screenshots, API data references).

3. A statement of ownership confirming that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

4. A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. A statement of accuracy, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provided is true and complete.

6. Your contact information, including:

   • Full name

   • Company (if applicable)

   • Email address

   • Phone number

   • Physical or mailing address

7. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

3. Processing Your Complaint

Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint:

✔ We will review the submitted information
✔ We may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
✔ We may notify the affected user or account owner
✔ We may provide them with a copy of the complaint
✔ We may allow them to file a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error

We reserve the right to reject incomplete or invalid notices.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your removed content was not infringing, you may file a DMCA counter-notification including:

1. Identification of the removed material

2. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification

3. Your full contact information

4. Consent to jurisdiction of your local courts

5. Electronic or physical signature

RoaPilot may reinstate access to the content unless the original complainant files a legal action within the required timeframe.

5. Repeat Infringers

RoaPilot maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright violators.
Users who repeatedly infringe copyright may have their accounts:

• Restricted

• Suspended

• Permanently terminated

at RoaPilot’s sole discretion.
