RoaPilot respects the intellectual property rights of creators, businesses, and third parties.
If you believe that any content, data, or material within the RoaPilot platform infringes your copyright or other protected rights, you may submit a formal copyright complaint following the guidelines below.

1. Filing a Copyright Complaint
If you believe your copyrighted material is being used or displayed through RoaPilot without authorization, please send a written notice containing the following information:

3. Processing Your Complaint
Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint:

✔ We may notify the affected user or account owner
✔ We may provide them with a copy of the complaint
✔ We may allow them to file a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error
We reserve the right to reject incomplete or invalid notices.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your removed content was not infringing, you may file a DMCA counter-notification including:

RoaPilot maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright violators.
Users who repeatedly infringe copyright may have their accounts:
