RoaPilot – Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

Welcome to ROAPILOT (“we,” “our,” or “the App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, web applications, smart TV applications, and any related products or services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ROAPILOT, you confirm that:

If you use ROAPILOT on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

ROAPILOT provides:

  • Cross-platform login (Apple, Google, Microsoft, TikTok, Email/Password)

  • Cloud sync features

  • Device-based experience personalization

  • Subscription and premium access features

  • Smart TV, iOS, Android, and Web compatibility

We may update, improve, or modify features at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts & Login

To use certain features, you must create an account using:

  • Apple Login

  • Google Login

  • Microsoft Login

  • TikTok Login

  • Email/Password (if enabled)

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials

  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. TikTok Login & TikTok API Usage

If you choose to sign in using TikTok Login, you grant us permission to receive certain information from TikTok, such as:

  • open_id

  • Profile name

  • Profile picture

  • Basic account metadata

We do NOT:

  • Post content on your behalf

  • Access private TikTok data

  • Store TikTok tokens permanently

  • Use TikTok data for advertising or sharing with third parties

All TikTok data is used only for login and user identification purposes.

Use of TikTok services is governed by TikTok Developer Terms:

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

ROAPILOT uses Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat to handle subscriptions and purchases.

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed externally by:

  • Apple App Store (iOS, iPadOS, macOS)

  • Google Play Store (Android)

  • RevenueCat (Subscription validation only)

We do not store credit card details.

5.2 Subscription Terms

By subscribing, you agree to the subscription’s:

  • Pricing

  • Recurring billing schedule

  • Renewal terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled directly by:

  • Apple (for iOS/macOS purchases)

  • Google (for Android purchases)

We are unable to issue refunds ourselves.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use ROAPILOT for any illegal purpose

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App

  • Circumvent subscription or security mechanisms

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Use automated bots, scripts, or scrapers

  • Interfere with the operation of the Service

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

The ROAPILOT brand, logo, design, software, website content, and all intellectual property are owned by:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

ROAPILOT integrates with several trusted third-party services, including:

  • Firebase

  • Google APIs

  • Apple Sign-In

  • Microsoft Identity Platform

  • TikTok API

  • RevenueCat

  • Cloud hosting providers

Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You attempt fraud or abuse

  • You compromise app security

  • You misuse TikTok or other login services

Termination may result in loss of your account or stored data.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting:

TikTok login data is deleted immediately upon request.
All Firebase and account data is deleted within 48 hours.
Log files are removed within 30 days.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Error-free operation

  • Uninterrupted service

  • That the service will meet your expectations

  • That all features will remain available indefinitely

  • ​

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • ROAPILOT is not responsible for any damages, data loss, service interruption, or financial loss resulting from use of the Service.

  • Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

United States & Türkiye (dual jurisdiction)

In case of disputes, the applicable court will be determined based on the user’s region and company registration location.
