This Data Deletion Policy explains how users can request the deletion of their personal data collected through ROAPILOT (“we,” “our,” “the App”), including data obtained through TikTok Login, Firebase Authentication, and other third-party services.

We comply with TikTok Developer Terms, GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy standards.

1. How Users Can Request Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and all related data by emailing:

Please include the following information:

  • Full name

  • Email address associated with the account

  • Login method used (Apple, Google, TikTok, Microsoft, Email, etc.)

We process all deletion requests within 48 hours.

2. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving a valid request, we delete all personally identifiable information, including:

✔ Firebase Authentication Data

  • User ID (UID)

  • Email address

  • Display name

  • Profile photo

  • Linked social accounts

  • Authentication tokens

  • ​

✔ TikTok Login Data

(Only if user logged in using TikTok)

  • TikTok open_id

  • TikTok username / display name

  • TikTok profile photo

  • TikTok metadata

  • TikTok login tokens (deleted immediately)

We do not store TikTok access tokens permanently.

✔ Subscription & Purchase Data (RevenueCat)

User’s subscription identifiers and purchase history are anonymized.

​

✔ Analytics & Device Information

All analytics data linked to the user is purged within 30 days.

​

✔ Cloud-synced user settings or preferences (if applicable)

3. What Data Is Not Deleted Automatically

Certain non-identifiable data may remain stored for security, anti-fraud, and compliance reasons:

  • Aggregated analytics

  • System logs without personal identifiers

  • Purchase receipts stored by Apple / Google (we cannot delete these)

This data does not identify the user.

4. Data Deletion Timeline

We follow a strict deletion schedule:

Users will be notified via email once deletion is completed.

5. How We Verify User Identity

To prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we verify:

  • Email ownership

  • App login identity

  • TikTok-linked account (if applicable)

We may request additional verification if necessary.

6. Effect of Data Deletion

When user data is deleted:

  • The account is permanently removed

  • The user can no longer log in

  • All personalized content/settings are lost

  • Subscription access may end immediately

  • Data cannot be restored

  • ​

7. Third-Party Services

Data stored in external services is deleted or anonymized according to:

  • Firebase Privacy & Data Policy

  • TikTok Developer Terms

  • Apple App Store Guidelines

  • Google Play User Data Policy

  • RevenueCat Data Handling Policy

We communicate necessary deletions to all integrated services.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time.
Updates will be published on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
